| Sportsplaza covers more than 60 sports with news, photos, live-scores, results and videos. Sportsplaza is also currently the holder of the mobile rights for the Dutch Eredivisie and makes video clips of goals available to mobile users within a few minutes of goals being scored.
By taking over Sportsplaza, Sport1 has expanded its multimedia platforms of TV and internet. The addition of mobile internet will contribute to the long term success of Sport1.
Infostrada Sports specialises in delivering sports information services to the business market but Sportsplaza developed itself into a consumer brand. Sport1 will be more able to give Sportsplaza the opportunities it needs to grow.
